“Two days after I arrived in Danville I spilled water on my computer. It’s 10:30p and now what? I took a chance on a number in the phone book. It was Steve Knight, the computer doc… I got an answering machine when I called but within minutes, Steve called me back and arranged to drive to my home the next morning, pick up my computer and see what he could do. He not only offered me door to door pick up and delivery of my computer (cuz I didn’t have a car) but he called me the afternoon after picking up my computer to say that he had recovered all my info off my computer (a great way to keep in touch with his customers) and would be checking to see how much damage had been done by the water spillage.

The next day he called to say that he had dryed out my computer and it was working like new. To say that I was overjoyed would be an understatement. And what did he charge? A fair price… what a great guy! Two days later I had my computer back, workin’ like new… thanks, Steve. I have trusted Steve Knight and the Computer Doc for several years now with my computer needs. He has training and service that are needed to “keep up” with the demands of a modern office and business environment.
